Q: How long does it take to get a response from support?
Most tickets receive a response within 24-48 hours. Payment and account-access issues are treated as high priority.
For fastest resolution, include your Match ID (for game issues) or transaction details (for payment issues) in your initial message.
Q: What information should I have ready when contacting support?

The type of issue (payment, gameplay, account access, etc.)
