How do I cash out my winnings?
Tap your wallet balance and select 'Cash Out,' go to Profile > My Account > Withdrawal, or tap 'Cash Out' from your Transaction Log.
Select your withdrawal amount and preferred method, verify your identity if prompted (first-time only), and confirm with the 'Slide to Cashout' gesture.
You'll receive an email confirmation when the withdrawal is requested and again when it's processed.

What withdrawal methods are available?
ACH / Bank Transfer via Aeropay, the primary method.
Instant withdrawal, available to eligible users based on account history and trust tier.
Standard withdrawal -- amount refunded to original payment method; any remainder sent via check (US).
Available methods are shown at the time of withdrawal based on your account status.

How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?
Instant withdrawal (eligible users): typically under 30 minutes to a few hours via ACH.
Standard ACH withdrawal: 1-5 business days.
Standard check: up to 4-6 weeks for delivery by mail.
Your estimated processing time is shown before you confirm the withdrawal. Please be aware that Skillz may review withdrawals on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, this review can take longer than the standard processing times due to account activity or potential fraud concerns.

Is there a minimum or maximum withdrawal amount?
Minimum withdrawal: $5. Standard processing fees may apply for withdrawals below $10 [TBC -- confirm before publishing].
Maximum per transaction: varies by withdrawal method and account status.

What is my 'withdrawable balance'?  
Your withdrawable balance is the portion of your wallet eligible for cashout -- your real Cash balance, minus any amounts subject to playthrough requirements.
Bonus Cash is excluded from withdrawable balance and is forfeited when you withdraw.
Tap the 'i' tooltip next to the withdrawable balance on the cashout screen for a full breakdown.

Why can't I withdraw my Bonus Cash?
Bonus Cash is a promotional currency -- it's granted to extend your gameplay and is not withdrawable. This is standard across all skill gaming platforms.
Bonus Cash can be used to enter cash games. Winnings from those games are real Cash, which is withdrawable.

My withdrawal check -- where will it be sent?
Checks are mailed to the address on file in your account. Go to Profile > My Account > Personal Info to verify your mailing address before requesting a check withdrawal.
Delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks after the withdrawal is processed.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?  
Yes -- but only while the withdrawal status is 'Pending.' Go to Transaction History, find the withdrawal, and tap 'Cancel.'
Once processing has begun, cancellation is not available. Contact support for help in that case.

My withdrawal failed -- what do I do?  
Check that your linked bank account details are correct and your account is in good standing.
The withdrawal screen will show an error message with options to retry or change your method.
If the issue persists, tap 'Contact Support' directly from the withdrawal screen.

I need to verify my identity for a withdrawal -- why?  
Identity verification (KYC) is required for your first withdrawal to comply with financial regulations.
You'll be asked to confirm your full legal name and phone number. A government-issued ID may also be required.
This is a one-time step. Once verified, future withdrawals process faster.
