What kinds of notifications will I receive from Arena?
Match results -- when your match is complete and results are ready.
Daily Gemz -- when your free daily Gemz are ready to claim.
Game ready -- when an on-demand game has fully loaded and is ready to play.
New game launched -- when a new title is added to Arena.
Low balance -- when your cash balance drops below the minimum entry fee.
Support resolution -- when a support credit is added to your account.
Inactivity nudge -- if you haven't played in a while.
Non-critical notifications are capped at 3 per day to avoid noise.
How do I turn off notifications?
Go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Skillz Arena to manage push notification permissions.
You can also control notification preferences within the app in Profile > Settings.
Note: Turning off all notifications means you won't be alerted when match results are ready.
What emails will Skillz Arena send me?
Deposit confirmations
Withdrawal requested and withdrawal processed/failed
Account creation and password changes
Promotional offers (opt out via the unsubscribe link in any email)
All financial transaction emails are mandatory for compliance and cannot be opted out of.
