What currencies does Arena use?
Arena has three types of balance:
Cash -- real money you've deposited or won. Fully withdrawable (subject to playthrough requirements).
Bonus Cash -- promotional balance earned through offers and events. Can be used to enter cash games but cannot be directly withdrawn.
Gemz -- virtual currency for free play. Cannot be converted to cash.
Your wallet shows all three balances. Tap the balance display to expand the wallet panel.
How does Bonus Cash work?
Bonus Cash is granted through promotions, deposit bonuses, and rewards events.
When you enter a cash game, your entry fee is split: 90% is drawn from your Cash balance and 10% from your Bonus Cash balance (when available). This means your Bonus Cash stretches across more games rather than being spent all at once.
Bonus Cash is not directly withdrawable. When you withdraw, any remaining Bonus Cash balance is forfeited -- this is standard across all skill gaming platforms.
Your Bonus Cash balance is shown separately in your wallet so it's always clear what's withdrawable and what isn't.
How do I view my transaction history?
Tap your wallet balance to open the wallet panel, then tap 'Transactions.'
You can also access transactions from Profile > Settings > Account Balance.
Transactions show all deposits, withdrawals, entry fees, winnings, bonus credits, and Gemz activity. Tap any row for the full detail including transaction ID and status.
Why does my balance show two different numbers?
Your wallet displays Cash and Bonus Cash separately. Only your Cash balance is withdrawable.
Tap the 'i' tooltip next to your withdrawable balance for a breakdown of what's available to cash out.
