Have you experienced a crash or bug? Do you have a question about Skillz or a game on the Skillz Arena platform? Don’t worry, we’re here to help! All Skillz Arena player support is handled directly by Skillz, including billing, account, and gameplay concerns.
To contact our support team from the app, tap on Profile on the top left corner of the screen and then:
- Either tap on 'Get Help Anytime' button -> 'Contact Player Support' button at the bottom of the screen, OR
- Tap on 'Settings' icon the the top right corner -> tap 'Contact Support'
From there you can open a new support ticket or chat in an existing ticket. For a new ticket, choose a category for your inquiry, add your Match ID if it relates to a specific match, and send your message.
You can view past conversations and reply to our responses in the same place, under 'Past Queries'.
If you have any trouble raising the support ticket from the app, feel free to send an email to support at support@skillz.com. Please note that we do not offer phone services at this time.
