If a game crashes during a match, first reopen the app. Skillz Arena stores your progress server-side, so your account and balance are safe and, where possible, you can resume the interrupted game.
If the crash happened before you submitted your score, the match may be voided and your entry fee refunded. If you believe you were charged for a match that crashed unfairly, report it to us with your Match ID.
To find your Match ID, tap the Results tab and select the match in question. The full match details, including the Match ID, appear on the results screen. Matches that couldn't be completed will show a status of Aborted.
You can also report a problem directly from the match results screen using the Report option, which walks you through sending the issue to us. To reach Player Support, tap the help icon (?) or go to Profile > Get Help Anytime, or email support@skillz.com.
