After being inactive on the Skillz platform for 6 months or more, you may incur a monthly maintenance fee of $2.00. This fee is always deducted from your in-app balance, always starting with Bonus Cash first.
No charge will ever be made to your method of payment (credit/debit card or PayPal) without your consent, and no maintenance fee will be collected if your account balance is $0.
To avoid the monthly maintenance fee, simply log in and play a free match using our virtual Ⓩ currency. Alternatively, you may withdraw any remaining balances and disregard the notification.
Please note, however, that after 12 months or more of inactivity, Skillz reserves the right to close your account.
