How Can I Clear my Browser's Cache and Cookies?

If you’re experiencing an issue with the web page loading for the Social Casino, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may help to improve performance.

For Google Chrome (Desktop):

1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your browser window.
2. Hover over the History option, and then click on History. 
3. Click on Delete Browsing History on the left-hand side.
4. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
5. Click Delete data.

For Google Chrome (Mobile):

1. Click on the 3 dots in the lower right corner.
2. Click on History.
3. Click on Delete Browsing Data at the bottom of the screen.
4. Make sure Cookies, site data and Cached images and files are checkmarked.
5. Click Delete browsing data at the bottom of the screen.

For Safari (Desktop):

1. Click the History option at the top of the screen.
2. Click Clear History.
3. Use the drop down menu to select All History.
4. Click Clear History.

For Safari (Mobile):

1. Go to the Settings app.
2. Scroll down until you see the Safari option and click on it.
3. Scroll down and click on Clear History and Website Data.
4. Select All History.
5. Click Clear History.
