If you’re experiencing an issue with the web page loading for the Social Casino, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may help to improve performance.
For Google Chrome (Desktop):
- Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your browser window.
- Hover over the History option, and then click on History.
- Click on Delete Browsing History on the left-hand side.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.
For Google Chrome (Mobile):
- Click on the 3 dots in the lower right corner.
- Click on History.
- Click on Delete Browsing Data at the bottom of the screen.
- Make sure Cookies, site data and Cached images and files are checkmarked.
- Click Delete browsing data at the bottom of the screen.
For Safari (Desktop):
- Click the History option at the top of the screen.
- Click Clear History.
- Use the drop down menu to select All History.
- Click Clear History.
For Safari (Mobile):
- Go to the Settings app.
- Scroll down until you see the Safari option and click on it.
- Scroll down and click on Clear History and Website Data.
- Select All History.
- Click Clear History.
