How do I close my account?

If you are looking for details on how to close your account then you will have to reach out to support directly which can be done one of two ways which we'll outline below.

You can send in a support ticket via the in-game contact center shown below or write into our support team directly via email at support@skillz.com. If writing in via email you will be required to use the email associated with your Skillz account and ensure the subject line is Skillz Account Deletion. 

To reach our in-game contact center, follow these steps:

1. Tap the Menu button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
2. Select Contact Support from the options.
3. At the top of the screen, change the subject to Skillz Account Deletion.
