To contact our support team, tap the menu icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Then tap Contact Support.
To submit a new question to support, choose a category for your inquiry (add the match ID if applicable), and send a message! You can find all previous messages by tapping Support Messages. From here, you can reply to the support team after they've sent a response to your initial message.
To report a match that has crashed or is listed as ‘ABORTED,’ simply navigate to the Home menu and tap on the match you’d like to report. On the score submitted screen, you’ll see an option to REPORT A PROBLEM. Tap this to generate a support ticket that automatically includes the match ID.
Alternatively, you can send us a message directly from this article. Start by Tapping the Help button in the bottom right-hand corner which should bring up our Answer bot if you'd like assistance locating additional articles.
By tapping Get in Touch as seen above you should be shown the following prompt where you can then tap Leave a Message.
On the form seen below you will be asked to fill out the following information:
Your Name - Associated Skillz Username or Account Username
Email Address - Email linked to your Skillz Account (If you do not have a Skillz account then please list an email where you would like to receive follow-up communication.
Subject - Topic of your inquiry
Description - Please be as descriptive as possible with your question or issue.
For gameplay related issues please include information such as the game name, what occurred, your device and operating system if you are aware of those details.
For payments related issues please include your type of card, last 4 digits, deposit amount, and date of purchase.
For withdrawal related inquiries please include the withdrawal ID that should have included in your confirmation email as well as the exact dollar amount of the withdrawal associated with that ID.
