My deposit was declined. How can I resolve the issue?
It may be due to insufficient funds or pending payments.
Aeropay automatically reprocesses declined transactions.
Check your email (and spam folder) for further steps and keep your contact info updated.

My withdrawal was declined. How can I receive my funds?
A declined withdrawal usually means your bank account was disconnected or misconfigured.
Contact https://www.skillz.com/contact-us/ to resolve it.
Once fixed, you must re-initiate the withdrawal via Skillz.
If funds aren’t returned to your Skillz balance, contact their support.
I can't connect my bank account.
If your bank doesn’t show up or you’re having trouble connecting, email support@aeropay.com.
Is Aeropay secure?

I don’t see the name of my bank on the list – how do I get connected?

If your bank isn't listed, select “Link Bank Manually” and enter your name, account number, and routing number.
You'll receive instant confirmation once the account is linked.
I connected my bank, but my account isn’t showing up. What happened?
You may have revoked permission for your bank to share information with Aeropay.
