My deposit declined — how can I resolve the issue?
Your deposit may have declined due to insufficient funds or pending payments in your linked account.
Please contact support@aeropay.com to reprocess the deposit.
You may also receive an email or phone call with next steps — check your inbox and ensure your contact details are up to date.
My withdrawal was declined — what should I do next?
Withdrawals may be declined if your account is misconfigured or disconnected. Contact support@aeropay.com to resolve the issue.
Once fixed, re-initiate your withdrawal in the Skillz app.
If your funds haven’t returned to your Skillz balance, Aeropay can assist further.
My account is suspended — how can I get re-enabled?
Your account may be suspended due to declined payments or an issue verifying your bank ownership.
To reactivate your access, contact support@aeropay.com and provide the requested information.
I can’t connect my bank account — what should I do?
If you can't find your bank or are having trouble connecting, email support@aeropay.com. Their Customer Care team will walk you through next steps.
I already linked my bank — why am I being asked to reconnect?
You may need to reconnect if:
- You updated your bank login credentials
- You revoked access in your bank settings
- Your bank updated its security protocols
Re-linking ensures a secure and uninterrupted connection.
Why can’t I connect my savings account?
Only checking accounts are supported to ensure the highest success rates. Please use a personal checking account in your name.
Why does it show "Ubank" on my withdrawal?
Withdrawals processed through Aeropay may appear on your bank statement as coming from Ubank or Ubank Transfer.
This is expected and part of Aeropay’s secure payment infrastructure — Ubank is their regulated partner that moves funds to your account.
I connected my bank, but my account isn’t showing up — what happened?
You may have revoked bank access.
Check your online banking app’s security settings to ensure you’re still authorizing Aeropay or Aerosync.
For example, in Chase: go to More > Security and Privacy > Linked Apps and Websites.
Can I connect a family member’s or partner’s bank account?
No. Only bank accounts in your own name can be connected. Attempting to link someone else’s account can cause errors or account restrictions.
I don’t remember my banking login — how do I connect?
Visit your bank’s website or mobile app to reset your username or password.
Then return to Skillz and connect your account through Aeropay.
Is this secure? Will my bank details be safe?
Yes. Aeropay uses bank-level encryption and never stores or shares your credentials.
During bank linking, you're redirected to a secure browser session to log in directly through your bank.
I don’t see my bank on the list — what should I do?
Aeropay supports over 12,000 banks.
If your bank isn’t listed, select “Link Bank Manually” and enter your name, routing number, and account number.
You’ll receive instant confirmation once linked.
