Skillz Rewardz: Our New Loyalty Program

What is Skillz Rewardz?

Skillz Rewardz is our loyalty program that rewards you for the more you play. The more Ticketz you earn, the higher your tier—and the better your perks.

Tiers are based on Ticketz earned during a calendar month. Tier progress resets on the 1st of each month.

How does the tier system work?

Ticketz earned from May 1st to May 31st have determined your current tier in June. 

• You start each month in the tier you qualified for last month. 
• As you play and earn Ticketz during the current month, you can get promoted right away if you earn enough.
• At the beginning of each new month, your qualifying Ticketz reset to zero, and your tier for that month is based on how many Ticketz you earned during the prior month.
  • Please note: You keep all the Ticketz in your account—only your progress toward tier qualification resets.
• To maintain your current tier next month, you’ll need to earn the minimum number of qualifying Ticketz for that tier in that month.

Example:

If you earned 15,000 Ticketz in June, you will reach Emerald tier and can claim benefits immediately upon earning 10,000 qualifying Ticketz. 

You'll start July in Emerald with 0 qualifying Ticketz. To reach the next tier (Pearl), you need to earn 50,000 Ticketz during July. If you only earn 5,000 Ticketz in the month of July, you will be Sapphire in August.

What are the Skillz Rewardz tiers?

There are six tiers:

*Player must play one pro game minimum to be eligible for Sapphire live events and bonuses.

How is progress tracked?

Your progress is based on the total Ticketz you earn each month. See information about Ticketz here.

Your tier is based on your Ticketz earned from the previous month. You can track the amount of Ticketz you earned in the current month in the Skillz Rewardz section in your favorite Skillz game.

What are the benefits of each tier?

*Benefits are designed to adapt based on a variety of play conditions. Some offers and rewards are personalized to reflect recent activity and gameplay dynamics

Tier Changes & New Rankings

• Is the new ranking system based on gemstones?
  Yes! The revamped tier system uses gemstone-based names like Quartz, Sapphire, Emerald, Pearl, Ruby, and Obsidian.
• How do the new tiers compare to the old ones in ranking or status?
  The new system modernizes the hierarchy, creating true exclusivity. The Obsidian tier replaces the old top tier, Black Diamond, to better represent rarity, strength, and prestige.
• How did some players already qualify for certain tiers?
  Players qualify based on consistent gameplay, tournament participation, and overall performance. Previous progress has been automatically carried over into the new system.
• Why was I moved from Black Diamond to Pearl, while others moved to Obsidian?
  Tier placement depends on recent gameplay and performance. Only players with consistent top-level play qualify for Obsidian.
• Why was I placed in a certain tier despite frequent losses?
  Tier progression is based on consistent participation and long-term performance, not just individual match outcomes.

Ticket Multipliers & Value

• What happened to the ticket multipliers?
  Ticket multipliers have been removed as part of the recent revamp.
• What’s the trade-off now that multipliers are gone? How do we maintain our tier status?
  To maintain or advance your tier, focus on consistent activity and regular play. The new system rewards steady engagement, with tiers reflecting ongoing loyalty and progress. Regular gameplay and ticket accumulation are key to maintaining your tier.
• Has the ticket-to-bonus cash conversion changed?
  Yes, it has been adjusted to ensure fair, consistent rewards that reflect your tier and play level.

Events & Special Tournaments

• What are the special events?
  Skillz Rewardz features invite-only events for elite tiers. There are also free live events for popular games like Solitaire Cube, Blackout Bingo, Dominoes Gold, 21 Blitz, and Cube Cube.
• Are tier-specific events visible or accessible to players in other tiers?
  Tier-specific events are exclusive to players within certain tiers and are typically not accessible or visible to others.

Free Entries & Trophies

• Which tiers get free entries?
  Free entries are generally available to players at mid-to-high tiers, recognizing their commitment and activity with complimentary event entries.
• When do free entries start?
  Free entries unlock as soon as you reach the qualifying tier and will appear alongside your event opportunities.
• Where can players find free entries by tier?
  Free entries are highlighted in the event lobby or entry screen. Some games may also have a dedicated section showing free plays available by tier.
